Any request for modification / rectification should be directed to our reservation team, who will process the request.
ANETOURS will not charge a fee for correcting or changing dates of an existing reservation provided that the request is received by us more than 3 days in advance of the date of confirmation of travel.
It is not possible to change or modify a special event ticket, theater or show. Sales of these tickets are final and can not be changed once your original purchase is confirmed.
All other requests for change of date and corrections are subject to the availability of other suppliers and / or service providers;
ANETOURS does not guarantee the success of any request to change the date.
If you request a date change with 3 (three) days or less of the confirmed date of travel, ANETOURS will attempt to honor your request; however, changes made three days or less prior to the original travel date may incur an additional fee. For several days and night excursions, date changes made within 7 (seven) days of the confirmed date for your trip may also include additional fees from our suppliers and / or service providers.
Occasionally, our suppliers and / or service providers make changes in the dates of excursions, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc. Therefore, ANETOURS reserves the right to cancel, change or replace any service, excursion, ticket or product reserved in Anetours.pt, at any time, for any reason. Prices and Inclusions / Exclusions

Payments and Cancellations
ANETOURS accepts payments by bank transfer or credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS.
There is no charge or service charge for processing credit or debit card payments.
After the start of the tour, transfer or other type of service, no refund will be made. Canceling a reservation with ANETOURS may incur a cancellation fee depending on the conditions of the products.
The value of transactions may be subject to foreign transaction or exchange rates. Your credit or debit card company can convert the payment into local currency, and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on the Anetours.com website and the final charge amount for the credit or debit card statement. We encourage you to contact your bank or card company if you have questions about any applicable conversions or fees. Notice for reservations made in Brazil: IOF (Tax on financial transactions, 6.38%) is not included in the final value of the reservation and will be charged a credit or debit card, or bank transfer made to make the purchase.

Passports, Visas and Insurance
It is the responsibility of all passengers, regardless of nationality and destination, to check the current entry requirements with the consulate of the country they are visiting.
As visa and health requirements are subject to change without notice, we recommend that you check the health and visa requirements with the appropriate consulate before departure. We strongly recommend that you arrange a Travel Insurance Policy before departure. If you cancel your trip or change your travel dates significantly, there are several policies that will reimburse you for the cost of cancellation fees and related expenses.

Disclaimer of Liability and Limitations of Liability

Duties of the passenger:
The use of a seat belt is mandatory;
